- About: Hi there! My name is Patryk and I’m a Polish-born language lover who now calls Portland, Oregon home. Even though I wasn’t raised in the US, I was able to truly master English, and know exactly what it takes to become as comfortable speaking your second language as your first. I have an M.A. in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL), and over the last 15 years I’ve helped adults from all over the world, and of all proficiency levels, to speak English with impact. In addition to coaching everyday communication skills, I use my first-hand experience of acquiring American pronunciation to help students reduce their non-standard (but beautiful!) accents.
