Hi my name is Jacob, I graduated cum laude from Dartmouth College where I majored in Political Science and Theater. My 3 years of experience in the Dartmouth Admissions Office make me an insider to the application process. Hi My name is Joe, I am Strommen Tutoring’s SAT tutoring expert. I graduated in 2005 Magna Cum Laude with a double Major from CU Boulder, I have always been active in academic competitions (in college I was on the team for two state-championship seasons) and scored a perfect 800 on the verbal when I took my SATS. The SATS have changed considerably since then, but in my opinion, they now allow a student much more room to improve. On your first lesson I will administer a small test that will immediately highlight your weak points, and allow us to create an individualized strategy. During the course of our sessions we will also administer full length tests to habituate the student to the format and have evidence of results. Full length tests in conjunction with targeted exercises and strategies have increased my students scores by as much as 300 points. With my approach your son or daughter will gain confidence and look forward to their success as they see their scores linearly increase.
