- About: Qué tal chicos, cómo están! My name is Axel and I am from Bogotá, Colombia. I have been living in LA for more than 20 years and during that time have helped many students of all ages learn, not just Spanish but also key aspects of Hispanic and Latin American cultures essential to better understand and appreciate the language. I graduated with a B.A in Spanish and Linguistics from UCLA, an institution I continue to be a part of. I also speak French and Portuguese which provides me with a unique understanding of how these romance languages work and relate to each other.
