My name is Xiwei and I am a graduate from USC, Masterâs degree in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages. I graduated from Tianjin Normal university in China, B.A in Teaching Chinese as a Foreign Language. During my undergrad, Iâve tutored students from Thailand, Colombia and United States. Iâve been teaching Korean American students Chinese for a year. I taught students ranging in levels from beginner to advanced and include both children and adults. I always teach in interesting ways using games and encourage students to use the language as much as possible, because the best way to learn a new language is through using it and fearless of making mistakes. I like sports, I can play tennis, skate and ski, I also have a skateboard. I like traveling and exploring the city Iâm living in, so Iâve been to many interesting places in LA. I'm passionate about Chinese language and culture and I'd love to help you learn about both!Locations & Map:
